Riksten Friluftsstad is expanding and shall continue to do so as a part of the expansive Södertörn. There are opportunities for both small and large companies to establish themselves here.
There are currently around 30 companies that rent office space and educational premises in the area. A business park with around 1000 places of work is being planned in Riksten Friluftsstad. Customer potential for different kinds of service companies is excellent here, and it’s growing as more people move to the area.
Flemingsberg, which is very close to Riksten Friluftsstad, is experiencing strong growth and has over 20 000 students, researchers, teachers and nursing staff.
The commercial premises are spacious and can easily be adapted to the specific needs of both small and large companies. And the countryside just around the corner is perfect for recreation and lunchtime walks in the woods.
