Living with us – this is how it works.
As a tenant, you have a part to play in ensuring that you, and others, are happy living here.
We have a few house rules to help you.
But it goes without saying that common sense also applies, such as showing consideration for and speaking with your neighbours.
The rules are as follows:
-
Sort your waste and be sure to follow the information telling you where to dispose of it
.
-
Park in the marked areas only.
-
Use of the laundry room is for tenants only. Respect the times and clean up after you.
-
For reasons of fire safety and general orderliness, objects must not be stored in corridors, stairwells and basement areas. The same applies to outdoor areas and the garden.
Disturbances
As a tenant, you have a responsibility towards your neighbours, to show consideration and inform them if, for example, you are planning a party.
As a rule of thumb, it should be quiet between 10pm and 8am.
If your neighbours are causing a serious disturbance, you should, in the first instance, contact Störningsjouren (Noise Patrol), whose number you will find on the notice board in the entrance of your building.
Your details will not be passed on to the person causing the disturbance.
In the event of repeated disturbances, you should contact us, ideally with documentation detailing the dates and times of the disturbances.
In the event of a fight in one of the apartments, call the police on 112.
