Welcome to the Götenehus district of Riksten Friluftsstad
We are building three pairs of well-planned, tough semi-detached houses with a high standard of fixtures and fittings in the Flottiljen neighbourhood.
- The houses are 128 m2 with a flexible layout, 5-6 rooms and a kitchen.
- The facades have horizontal graphite grey wooden panelling with light rendered sections.
- Adjacent to the house there is a carport and a storage room.
- The plots will have a layer of topsoil, ready for laying turf or sowing grass, asphalt drives, paved entrances and a front patio. A fence alongside the street creates a uniform look for the three buildings.

The kitchen has plenty of space for family and friends.
Next to the kitchen there is a practical laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and worktop with a sink.
The WC/shower is next to the laundry room.
There is a door leading out from the kitchen to a patio in front of the house.
Behind the centrally positioned open staircase there is a spacious and easily furnished living room with access to the patio at the back of the house.

On the upper floor there is a living room with a door out to the balcony, the master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and two more bedrooms and a bathroom.
